my favourite kids at NYFW

VPL, or otherwise known as the sickest label out this season in NYC has really stepped it up! Usually a bit more low key, designer Victoria added a bit of an "ugh" to her collection this season. You know... a bit of a "don't mess with me or I’ll strut IN YO FACE", as a woman wearing this label definitely knows her purpose

Orient meets lady and creepy glamour = my dream collection! Young designer Wes Gordon has really delivered this season, with some out-of-control stand out pieces. The use of multicoloured minx, orient inspired brocade, a winning colour palette and dramatic silhouettes makes this range a guaranteed hit. As Gweni says, if I was a rich girl...

Baggy silhouettes, lots of textures, random-ass conceptual accessories?? Jeremy Liang's range definitely speaks my language. I mean how could you go wrong with metallics, whites and inserts of colour and print? The answer is you can't. Cool art mums, get your red-framed glasses on and get in line!

Long gone are the memories of 19 year old boys wearing their popped collared Lacoste polo’s as the Lacoste customer these days is one seriously stylin' fashionista/fashionisto.  Celebrating their 80th anniversary they delivered a high-fashion but wearable collection which still pays homage to it's 'sporty' ties. Primary colours I’m totally feeling you.

You'll want to get your glue gun out ladies and DIY the hell out of your mum's 80's vintage clothes after checking out Rodarte's latest. The ever evolving brand went crafty this season with tie die prints, acid wash combos and crystal studding, paired back with some really interesting leathers. Also hells yeah to a bit of bare hipbone!
